20-20 acquires Icovia, of Londonderry, NH, an interactive, online space planning solution provider for the home furnishings, real estate and interior design industry.
20-20 acquires Planit* Fusion, formerly its largest competitor worldwide, with 14 distributors active mainly in Europe. Planit* Fusion offers interior design programs that provide essential sales management tools to dealers, designers, retailers, homebuilders and remodelers that sell kitchen, bath and bedroom projects.
2007
20-20 acquires Pattern Systems International (PSI), of Mount Arlington, NJ. PSI develops computer software products for the cabinetmaking, architectural millwork and woodworking industries.
2006
20-20 acquires Virtual Systems International (VSI), of Raleigh, NC, which develops, sells and integrates manufacturing software for a number of medium to large manufacturers in the North American woodworking industry.
20-20 acquires German company MBI Software, which develops, markets and implements software solutions tailored to the needs of the furniture manufacturing industry. Its products include ERP solutions, supplemented by applications such as workflow management and business intelligence.
20-20 acquires DataOne Inc., of Indianapolis, IN, which develops, services, and sells layout, specification, and catalog creation software for office furniture and casegoods furniture dealers and manufacturers as well as facility managers.

20-20 acquires SmartFusion Software from eTechlogix Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Improvenet, which offers complete multi-platform e-commerce product configuration geared for the millwork industry.
20-20 acquires MindAvenue Inc., of Montreal, makers of the first complete solution for creating and delivering fully interactive 3D animation over the web.
20-20 acquires CMS Informatique, of Cannes, France, which provides engineering, production and sales tool software solutions for woodworking shops specializing in custom cabinets and casework, windows and doors, closets and storage spaces and staircases.
20-20 acquires BuildRite Software from Stiles Machinery Inc., rebranding it 20-20 BuildRite. Both companies continue to market 20-20 BuildRite as part of their joint end-to-end solutions for the woodworking industry.
