Steve Perrone

Chief Financial Officer

20-20 Technologies’ Chief Financial Officer since 2005, Steve Perrone is responsible for the company’s finance and administration, information systems and investor relations functions. He stepped into the role after the company went public in January 2005. Steve heads up a team of approximately 60 financial professionals worldwide and has overseen 20-20 Technologies’ many and varied acquisitions in recent years.

Steve has spent most of his 25-year career in information technology companies, in accounting, finance and investor relations roles. Before joining 20-20 Technologies, Steve was the CFO for the Montreal-based biotechnology company, Qbiogene. Prior to that, he was CFO with Montreal-based consulting firms LGS Group (IBM) and DMR Consulting (Fujitsu).

Steve is a chartered accountant and holds a bachelor of commerce and a master’s in accountancy from Montreal’s Concordia University. His qualification as a chartered accountant was completed in 1980.
